Condition: This is a vintage pottery jar egg coddler for making soft boiled eggs. It is marked on the bottom Made in England. The lid and top are threaded. The top ring handle is for lifting out of boiling water. There are no chips in the lid's threads. There are 3 small chips, and a tiny one to the top thread. A photo shows these. There is a tiny speck to the lid's knob and another small spot to the underneath end rim that the glaze missed covering during manufacturing. Please use the Ebay magnifying tool to inspect.
